Be a star in downtown Palo Alto! Dragon Productions Theatre Company’s home at the busy corner of Alma and Hamilton affords neighboring businesses the unique opportunity of partnering with a live theatre company to market themselves to more than 5,500 potential customers per production.
By sponsoring Dragon Productions Theatre Company, local businesses are able not only to show their civic and cultural support, but also to communicate their message to a captive audience. We invite you to discuss with us the ways in which Dragon Productions can help your business enhance its image.
Businesses may sponsor a single performance, a single show, or several shows to support a production while promoting themselves.
In addition to sponsorships, naming opportunities for the theatre – from individual seats for $300 to studio space for $5,000 – are also available.
Following are opportunities for your company, and special benefits can be tailored to your marketing strategies.
Single Performance Sponsor – Wing - $250 (12 to 16 available per show)
•Your company’s name and logo prominently displayed in the Dragon Theatre lobby during the sponsored performance
• Discounted tickets for your employees (maximum of 10)
• Company recognition during the curtain speech before the performance
• Name recognition of your company’s support on Dragon Productions’ website during run of sponsored show
Single Show Sponsorship – Fire Breather - $1,000
•Your company’s name and logo listed on the cover of Dragon Productions program for sponsored show
• Full-page ad in the program for sponsored show
• Featured ad on the monthly email newsletter (this reaches more than 1600 people) with coupon or special discount opportunities
• Twitter and Facebook links to your company as a sponsor
• Free-standing sign promoting your company located in theatre lobby during run of sponsored show
• Name recognition of your company’s support on Dragon Productions’ website during run of sponsored show
•Ten complimentary tickets to sponsored show – perfect for rewarding outstanding employees, entertaining business associates, or treating special customers
Producer Sponsorship – Wizard - $5,000
•Your company’s name and/or logo on all Dragon Productions promotional materials for sponsored production including 3,000 show postcards, 100 posters, and over 600 programs.
•Logo recognition of your company’s Producer sponsorship and web link to your company’s website on Dragon Productions’ website during run of sponsored production
• Full-page ad in Dragon Productions’ program for sponsored show
•Featured ad on the monthly email newsletter (this reaches more than 1600 people) with coupon or special discount opportunities
• Twitter and Facebook links to your company as a sponsor
•Free-standing sign promoting your company located in theatre lobby during run of sponsored show
• A copy of your show’s poster signed by the cast and director
• Two complimentary tickets to the next season’s Sneak a Peek event
• Twenty complimentary tickets to the sponsored show – perfect for rewarding outstanding employees, entertaining business associates, or treating special customers
Executive Producer Sponsorship – The Magic Dragon - $10,000
•Your company’s name and/or logo on Dragon Productions promotional materials for three shows during the 2011 season, including 9,000 show postcards, at least 3 monthly newsletters for Dragon supporters, educational program mailers, press releases, etc.
•Logo recognition of your company’s Season Sponsorship and web link to your company’s website on Dragon Productions’ website with billing as Executive Producer during 2011
• Full-page ad in Dragon Productions’ show programs for three shows in the 2011 season
• Special Twitter and Facebook links to your company as a sponsor
•Featured ad on at least 3 monthly email newsletters (each reaches more than 1600 people) with coupon or special discount opportunities
• Copies of your shows’ posters signed by the casts and director
• Six complimentary tickets to the next season’s Sneak a Peek event
•Free-standing sign promoting your company located in theatre lobby during the three sponsored shows in the 2011 season
• Invitation to rehearsals for the three sponsored shows in the 2011 season
•Twenty complimentary tickets to each of the three sponsored shows in the 2011 season – perfect for rewarding outstanding employees, entertaining business associates, or treating special customers
•Special complimentary Sponsor Night performance for 42 of your company’s employees and friends followed by post-show reception with the cast of one of your sponsored shows
