Meredith is the founder and Executive Director of Dragon Productions Theatre Company since the company's birth in 2000. She started as an Equity actor who didn't want to wait for others to provide the opportunities to tell the stories she wanted to tell. Dragon was founded to provide those opportunties to like-minded artists looking for a safe & fun professional theatre environment. She began producing theatre in college and has been an acting & directing member of multiple theatre troupes across the country for over 30 years.

After moving back to St. Louis, she was heavily involved with St. Louis Shakespeare and Magic Smoking Monkey Theatre where she worked as a Stage Manager, Board Member, and Production Manager.
