meredithheadshot2010small Executive Artistic Director and Founder:  Meredith Hagedorn

Meredith is the founder and Executive Producer of Dragon Productions Theatre Company has been a professional actor and director in regional theatres across the country for over twenty years and an acting teacher for all ages in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and now in the Bay Area. She began producing theatre in college and has been an acting & directing member of multiple theatre troupes across the country. Along with the many hats worn at Dragon, she also teaches teens and adults professional acting, marketing, and producing with her private coaching work.

Managing Director:  Kimberly Wadycki

Kimberly Wadycki graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor's degree in political science. While pursuing her degree she was very active at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts - she was the founding producer of "On the Rocks," a series of student written, directed, and produced one-acts, sat on the Administrative Board of the Krannert Center Association for three years, and was the sole student campus representative on the search committee to hire the new Executive Director of the Krannert Center. After moving back to St. Louis, she was heavily involved with St. Louis Shakespeare and Magic Smoking Monkey Theatre where she worked as a Stage Manager, Board Member, and Production Manager. After a 6 year hiatus Kim has "un-retired" to become active with Dragon Productions Theatre.

Production Manager: Allison Stamm

After spending the past five years as a professional Cake Ninja and Human Resources contractor by day, Allison returns to her theatre roots in hopes of rediscovering that precious thing in life called BALANCE. Wielding a BA in Theatre from UC Santa Cruz, previous Stage Management credits include work with Shakespeare Santa Cruz, Palo Alto Players, City Lights Theatre Company, the Pear Avenue Theatre, Theatreworks, Word for Word, and San Francisco Shakespeare Festival.

Box Office Manager: Katherine Goldman

Katherine Goldman, a Bay Area native and University of Southern California graduate, joined the Dragon family in August 2013. When not busy at the Dragon she works heartily as a teaching artist. She has taught drama, dance, music, tumbling, origami, and other arts-based classes to children, from toddlers to teens. Years of directing, choreographing, and music directing children has solidified her passion for arts education. She has worked, as a teacher or administratively, for many companies including TheatreWorks, California Shakespeare Theatre, Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles, California Theatre Center, and others.

She is also a busy actor, having performed in a wide variety of musicals and plays. She’s toured internationally with new works and throughout the West Coast performing Theatre for Youth tours. A recent tour of “Miss Nelson is Missing!” brought her from Washington state down to Las Vegas, bringing theater to thousands of school children in a two-month span. Other performance highlights include Cosette in “Les Miserables,” Natalie in “All Shook Up,” Fern in “Charlotte’s Web,” and working with Jason Robert Brown while studying at USC.
