Order by phone:

Talk to a real person by phone by calling our ticket provider at 1-800-838-3006. The lines are open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Walk-ups:

Tickets can also be purchased at the door the night of the show. However, it is general seating, and seating is limited. We only accept cash or personal check at the door. The best way to ensure you have a seat is to buy a ticket ahead of time!

Will Call:

Tickets will be held at will call on the night of the performance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain to confirm your tickets. We will begin selling unclaimed tickets to wait-listed patrons at show time.

Important facility information:

Due to the intimacy of the theatre, there is no late seating. We hold the house as long as we can, but if you arrive & find the door locked, please contact us at 650-493-2006 ext. 4 & we would be happy to exchange dates free-of-charge per availability, however, there are no refunds.

Group Sales:

Parties of 10 people or more qualify for a special group rate. Full payment with a reservation is required 2 weeks prior to date choice.

Group rates are as follows:

For a group of general admission (10 or more people), $17 per person.

For a group of seniors (aged 65 and up, 10 or more people), $14 per person.

For a group of students (high school or college), $12 per person.

Changing Your Tickets

While all tickets are non-refundable, we understand that sometimes life happens and messes up the best laid plans. We are happy to help you change your tickets for a different night when we are able to. If you need to change your tickets BEFORE the evening of the performance that you have tickets for, if they were purchased thru Brown Paper Tickets, please call them directly at 1-800-838-3006 and they can help you find a different night to come see the show. Brown Paper Tickets is open 24 hours a day. If you are a subscriber or have missed your performance, please leave a message for our Box Office Manager by calling 650-493-2006 and then press 4 at the menu. We will call you back within 24 hours to help you change your tickets. You may also email the Box Office at tickets@dragonproductions.net.
